Kathmandu. Tuk Prasad Poudel has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sanima Bank Limited. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank has elected him as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Newly appointed chairman of the bank Tuk Prasad Poudel has taken oath of office before Governor Maha Prasad Adhikari of Nepal Rastra Bank. Poudel has been the director of the bank's founding group for the past eight years.

Poudel, who has a bachelor's degree in hydropower development from Norway, is a hydropower and hydraulic engineer by profession and is known in the country as a hydro expert. Poudel, who has 24 years of professional experience, has participated in various national and international level trainings.
