Kathmandu. Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Jabra is ready to resign with conditions. Sources claim that they are ready to resign conditionally after the warning of the legal practitioners to continue the agitation till Chief Justice Jabra resigns.

In order to resign from the post, Chief Justice Jabra has demanded that all the judges of the Supreme Court should resign. Similarly, the incumbent judge, former chief justice and judges have made it a condition that the property details should be made public.

According to a source, Chief Justice Jabra made it clear that he would resign as soon as all the judges were ready to accept his proposal. He has made it clear that he will not resign under any circumstances.

Demands for the resignation of Chief Justice Jabbar have been mounting since he sought a share in the cabinet expansion. Corruption and other distortions and anomalies in the judiciary have been fiercely protested during his tenure.
