Kathmandu. Kamana Sewa Vikas Bank has joined the first phase of National Payment Switch launched by Nepal Clearing House Limited (NCHL). An agreement in this regard was signed between Kamana Seva Vikas Bank and NCHL today. The MoU signing ceremony was attended by Governor Maha Prasad Adhikari, Deputy Governors and officials including Executive Directors.
Customers will be able to transfer services and money through a system such as IPS, ConnectIPS, QR and other digital ecosystems. In addition, after joining the system, customers will be able to make payments through mobile banking, e-banking, e-wallet and QR in the first phase through National Payment Switch.
Kamana Seva Vikas Bank has declared a dividend. The bank has proposed to distribute a total of 19.47 per cent dividend of 18.50 per cent bonus shares and 0.97 per cent cash dividend for tax purposes.
The Board of Directors meeting held on Thursday has proposed to distribute dividend from the profits of the Fiscal Year 2077/07. The proposal will be distributed to investors only after the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank and the approval of the next general meeting of the bank.
