Kathmandu, Agriculture Development Bank Limited has declared dividend. A meeting of the company's board of directors held on Thursday has proposed to distribute dividend from the profits of the fiscal year 77/78.

Accordingly, the company has proposed to distribute a total of 21.0526 percent dividend of the existing paid up capital including 20 percent bonus shares and 1.0526 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. As per the decision of the 937th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank, after receiving the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank.

Annual General Meeting of the Fiscal Year 2077/07, 20 percent of the ordinary paid up capital of the Bank increased to 1.0526 percent. It has been decided to pay cash dividend and also to pay cash dividend of 6 percent per annum on the existing non-refundable preference share capital of the Government of Nepal. The dividend will be distributed to the investors only after the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank and the approval of the next annual general meeting of the company.
