Kathmandu. Citizens Bank has launched a call center service to cater to the growing need for digital banking. The bank said that customers of the bank, which has been in operation since Sunday, can contact their customer service representatives and raise their banking queries and problems.

The bank has provided telephone number 01-5970068 for the call center. The bank has stated that the facility of call center can be availed by emailing support@ctznbank.com. The use of call center will help the customers to get banking services and information easily. For now, the service has been launched for eight hours, the bank said. The bank believes that with the launch of this service, it will be easier for more than 1.3 million customers across the country to get closer to the bank.

Citizens Bank International Limited has been providing modern banking services to around 1.3 million customers from its 174 branches, 123 ATMs and 90 branchless banking units spread across the country.
