Kathmandu. An agreement has been signed between Civil Bank Limited and F1Soft International to make digital banking services and facilities more efficient by launching Omni Channel platform. The agreement was signed by Sunil Kumar Pokhrel, Chief Executive Officer of Civil Bank and Subash Sharma, Chief Executive Officer of F1 Soft International.
The bank is going to upgrade the mobile banking facility by making it more efficient and robust keeping in view the easy financial access of the customers. After the upgrade, the customers of Civil Bank will be able to use the services like opening a bank account, sending money, depositing money in the account, taking a bank loan through the mobile app and enjoy the required financial services in a simple and easy way. The Bank has so far been providing all banking services and facilities to around seven lakh customers through 115 branches, 10 extension counters and 97 ATMs.
