Kathmandu. As many as 38.87 times more applications have been received for the IPO of Nashdo Prosperous Microfinance Financial Institution Limited till the last day till Sunday. According to CDS Clearing, as of 5 pm on Sunday, applications have been received from 2,599,598 applicants for 31,13,700 lots worth Rs 3.11 billion.
The company has issued 774,563 shares to the public since March 25. The company is going to distribute a total of 828,750 shares to the public, including those brought for public issue. Out of the total shares, 12 thousand 750 shares have been reserved for the employees and 41 thousand 437 shares have been distributed among the collective investment funds.
The sales manager is Global IME Capital Limited. At present, the company's paid-up capital is Rs. 172.1 million. The capital will reach Rs 255 million after the IPO issuance.
