Kathmandu. IME General Insurance Limited has added two more features to its insurance policy. The company unveiled the IME Health Plus and Castleless Settlement insurance policy by press conference. Under this insurance policy, the company has now brought free insurance plan for 18 types of fatal diseases along with its accident insurance policy.

According to the company, the insurance policy covers accident insurance, medical treatment insurance and fatal disease insurance for all the family members with health plus insurance policy will be provided in three main categories. Under the accident insurance policy, at any time during the insurance policy, the insured members will get death or mutilation due to any direct and visible means. Will be provided.

Similarly, in case of any disease or accidental bodily injury during the period covered by the insurance policy under the Medicare Insurance policy, a claim of Rs. 1 lakh to Rs.5Lakh.  If the insured members are found to have any fatal diseases after the waiting period of 90 days mentioned in the insurance policy or for issuing contract for any kind of fatal disease, the insured amount will be Rs. The company has stated that Rs 500,000 will be paid immediately.

The terms and conditions are -

- In case of family, husband, wife and children will be included. The age of the child should be from 2 years to 24 years, unmarried and unemployed.

- Mandatory medical certificate must be submitted for protection against deadly diseases of persons above 50 years of age.

- From the date of issuance of insurance policy, the waiting period will be 30 days for drug treatment insurance, 90 days for fatal disease and 9 months for mature.

- Under the medical insurance policy, treatment can be done in Nepal and in India on the advice of a doctor.

- This insurance policy also covers accidents that may occur due to activities such as riots, strikes, civil unrest, malicious acts, terrorism and destructive acts.

- When paying the claim under this insurance policy, the claim will be paid either by cash or by inquiry.
