Kathmandu. Century Commercial Bank Limited has concluded its 11th anniversary with various programs. Addressing the annual function held at the central office of the bank, Chairman Rajesh Kumar Shrestha said that Century Bank has become a big and strong bank in all respects including capital, business growth, branch network expansion and job creation. He also said that the bank would provide more effective, fast and quality service to the customers in the coming days.

Established eleven years ago, the bank's paid-up capital has increased from Rs 2 billion to Rs 9.55 billion, deposit mobilization from Rs 1.35 billion to Rs 92.57 billion, loan disbursement from Rs 1.18 billion to Rs 88.59 billion and the number of employees from 44 to more than eleven hundred and significant in the economy. He said that he was able to contribute. He expressed his commitment to make the bank the bank of choice for all stakeholders including shareholders, employees and regulatory bodies by maintaining good corporate governance along with the growth of the bank's business.

Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Bank Manoj Neupane had a congratulatory speech at the function. At the event, 48 employees of the bank were honored with certificates of appreciation for their contribution to the overall development of the bank by providing continuous service for ten years.
