Kathmandu. Citizens Bank International Limited has launched e-KYC service. The bank has launched e-KYC service on the occasion of its 15th anniversary by expanding the digital banking service by ending the obligation to physically attend the bank and update the KYC.

To use this service, customers can update their KYC account details without any hassle by following the link provided on the bank's website and mobile banking app. Customers have to complete certain validation process before updating their KYC form.

By using this online service, customers will be able to apply for KYC Update anytime from any place via mobile or computer without any hassle of having to go to the bank branch.
