Kathmandu. Bank of Kathmandu Limited has launched helpline service with the objective of providing excellent banking services and facilities to its valued customers.
The Bank has set up a helpline to assist its customers in accessing information and services of the bank's digital services and facilities to facilitate banking transactions.
Under this helpline service, the valued customers will be able to get help from the bank's help desk by phone or email if they have any queries regarding any digital transactions of the bank.
