Kathmandu. IME-Pay Can Infotech 2022 is scheduled to be held at Bhrikuti Mandap, Kathmandu from April 20 to 25. Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba will inaugurate the 27th edition of CAN Infotech organized by Federation of Computer Association Nepal (CAN), said President Nawaraj Kunwar. Preparations for IME-Pay Can Infotech 2022 in Association with SCT Smart QR have reached the final stage.

According to the information given by the federation in a press conference, the top sponsor of Infotech is IME-Pele and the co-sponsor is SCT Smart QR Union-Pele. The federation claims that CAN Infotech is the only exhibition in the country related to information and communication technology and entertainment.

This edition of CAN Infotech will also feature virtual exhibitions for global participation, ”said Narayan Thapa, FNCCI Secretary General. The Federation expects that the CAN Fair will provide assistance to information and communication technology practitioners and other stakeholders who may or may not be affected by COVID-19.

CAN Infotech 2022 will have different sections. Branding, Fintech, Startup and Innovation, ICT Accessories and Product Launching and e-Governance will be the main ones.

The branding section will be attended by CAN member organizations as well as various national and international information and communication technology companies and products. The Fintech section will include services and related products provided by banks and financial and related institutions in Nepal through the use of information and communication technology.

In the Startup and Innovation section, 26 startup and innovation related individuals or organizations will showcase their new products and ideas. For innovation, CAN Federation has collaborated with Nepal Academy of Science and Technology. According to Thapa, CAN Federation has given special priority to startups and innovations in line with its plan to promote new and innovative ideas in the field of information and communication technology.

In the ICT Accessories and Product Launched segment, entrepreneurs will be able to use business expansion as a place to showcase new technologies, while observers will be able to view and purchase new information and communication technologies and equipment for the future in one place.

In addition, CAN Infotech 2022 will feature robotics, emerging technologies, WiFi and the Internet, as well as software, networking and cloud solutions, electrical and electronics, security solutions, security solutions, solar power systems, inverters, computers, inverters, UPS, laptops, laptops.
