Kathmandu. The government has decided to grant public leave two days a week. A meeting of the Council of Ministers held on Tuesday has decided to grant public holidays on Saturdays and Sundays of the year.
Spokesperson of the government and Minister for Communications and Information Gyanendra Bahadur Karki informed that the government has decided to grant public leave on Saturday and Sunday with effect from May 20. Similarly, Minister Karki also informed that it has been decided to maintain office hours from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm with effect from May 20.
