Kathmandu. Machhapuchhre Bank has increased its profit by 34.43 percent. The bank has published the unrefined financial statement that it has made a net profit of 2.16 billion rupees in the fourth quarter of the last financial year.

In the previous financial year, the bank earned a net profit of Rs 1,600,740,000. The bank's net interest income increased by 16.67 percent, fee and commission income by 14.95 percent, and total operating income by 12.90 percent. During the period, the bank has increased its earnings per share by 3 rupees 31 paise. Now the bank's EPS has reached 21 rupees 7 paise. The net worth per share is Rs 145 70 paise.
