Kathmandu. Sanima Bank has started 'Video KYC' service for its customers. Non-residents and people from Nepali countries can open an online account from abroad and perform 'Video KYC' to update their account.
Customers are freed from the hassle of coming to the bank to update their accounts. Through the 'Video KYC' facility, customers can communicate directly with Sanima Bank employees and perform the mandatory tasks required for opening an account such as document verification, signature verification, etc. in a simple manner.
According to the bank, when opening an online account, customers should choose the 'Video KYC' option and set the date and time they want to communicate directly with the staff. The customer will be informed whether the verification has been approved or not through an email or phone call.
