Kathmandu. Ratnaraj Bajracharya, Chief Executive Officer of Global IME Bank, has said that there will be an integrated transaction between Global IME and Bank of Kathmandu (BOK) within the coming November. He said this while speaking at the co-op card launching program for cooperatives held in Kathmandu in collaboration with Smart Choice Technology, National Cooperative Bank and Global IME Bank.
Only on June 2, a preliminary agreement was reached between the two banks to merge with each other. According to the agreement, the two banks entered into the merger on an equal basis. As in other indicators, Global IME Bank is ahead in digital banking as well.
