Eastern Hydropower Limited is going to issue IPO from 7th of August. The company is about to issue an IPO for the residents of the project-affected areas. The company is about to issue 620,000 shares of face value 100 per share. In the company's IPO, all permanent residents of Bhojpur district affected by the scheme can apply.

Investors have to apply for the purchase of a minimum of 10 shares and can apply for a maximum of 100,000 shares. The issue will close on 21st of August and if the complete application is not received by that period, the application deadline will be extended to 5th of October.

In the rating given for the IPO issuance, Care Rating Nepal has given the company Care NP B Plus Issuer Rating. This indicates that there is a high risk in the ability to bear the liability. NMB Capital Limited is the issuing and selling manager of the company. Investors can apply from Bhojpur branches of NMB Bank, Global IME Bank, Prabhu Bank, and Laxmi Bank.
