'National Idol Yamuna'  formed Five cooperatives

Kathamndu. Five cooperatives operating at different locations in Kathmandu are going to merge with each other. A program was organized in Kathmandu on Saturday and an agreement was reached between the five cooperatives.

Idol Yamuna Multipurpose Cooperative Society, National Namovudh Savings and Loan Cooperative Society, Citizen Welfare Multipurpose Cooperative Society, Satkar Savings and Loan Cooperative Society and Ghedung Multinational Cooperative Society Limited have entered into an agreement to merge with each other.

After the merger, the turnover of the organization will reach 9 billion rupees. According to the organization, the savings of the organization after the merger will reach 4 billion 637 million 8 thousand 597 rupees, 4 billion 99 million 45 lakh 39 thousand 128 rupees in loans and investments. Similarly, the total assets of the organization will reach 7 billion 58 million 1 lakh 75 thousand 196 rupees.

According to the agreement, the name of the cooperative after the merger will be 'National Idol Yamuna Savings and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd.

Similarly, after the merger, the cooperative organization's share capital will reach 30 million 81 million 22 thousand 500 rupees, the number of members will reach 35 thousand 20, and the number of debtor members will reach 6 thousand 858. Similarly, after the merger, the organization's reserve fund will reach 146.66 million 89 thousand 982 rupees and the credit risk fund will reach 12.42 million 35 thousand 898 rupees. Similarly, the organization's liquidity amount will be 1 billion 130 million 9887 thousand 817 rupees and 24.58 percent.
