Why 3 deputy CEO with Dozens of employees left the NCC Bank ?

Kathmandu. A dozen employees of Nepal Credit and Commerce (NCC) have left. A dozen employees, including three deputy chief executive officers, have left NCC Bank, which is in the process of merger with Kumari Bank. According to bank sources, 13 senior employees have taken voluntary retirement. After the bank entered into a merger agreement with Kumari, 13 people took voluntary retirement, said Upendrakeshari Neupane, president of the bank.

According to him, three deputy chief executive officers of the bank, Bandana Pathak, Revant Kumar Dahal and Sandeep Prasad Pandey have retired, while Deputy General Manager Vinod Kumar Sharma, Senior Manager Nagendra Prasad Bimli, Manager (Manager) Yureshman Kayastha, Vinay Prasad Adhikari, Sarina Pandey and Amit Shrestha have retired.

Similarly, Deputy Manager Meenrajjung Shah, Anil Parajuli, Pritam Kumar Das Shrestha and Assistant Manager Durga Prasad Pandey have also retired. It is said that the retirees have been retired with a minimum of 28 months to a maximum of 42 months of salary benefits. They have taken around 9 crore rupees.

Deputy General Manager Mukund Subedi and Acting Assistant General Manager Lakshmi Prasad Duwal are now in the second rank of senior management of NCC Bank after voluntary retirement of 13 people in senior positions. Now there are only three people left in the top management of NCC Bank.
