Kathmandu. District Administration Office, Kathmandu has implemented time card for service delivery. Kathmandu chief district officer Ghanshyam Upadhyay said that time cards have been implemented in 10 types of services with effect from Thursday.
According to him, this rule has been implemented to organize the service delivery from the administration. If those who come to get the service complete the necessary documents, they will get the service within the specified time.
We have allotted 30 minutes for organization renewal, one hour for minor identity card, and one hour for all other recommendations provided by the administration.
30 minutes have been set aside for scheduling and giving dates for the case, and it is said that the Chief District Officer's decision will be made within 60 days.
Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Ravi Lamichhane also visited District Administration Office, Kathmandu on Thursday and inspected the condition of service delivery. He praised the work done by the Kathmandu administration and said that the citizens should not be inconvenienced when they come to get services.
