Kathmandu. Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has decided to grant trading membership to a new broker company and will also conduct internal testing of NEPSE-30 index. NEPSE Board of Directors has decided to grant business membership to new broker companies that meet the criteria. With the decision of the board of directors of NEPSE, now the management of NEPSE has opened the way to provide membership to brokers to all those who meet the criteria.
So far, the Securities Board has granted broker license to 18 companies. In the first phase on June 8, Bhole Ganesh Securities Limited, Capital Max Securities Limited, Himalaya Brokerage Limited, Sun Securities Pvt. Ltd., Meo Securities Pvt. Ltd., Sharepro Securities Pvt. In the second phase, the board has appointed 11 companies, Elite Stock House Ltd., Infinity Securities Ltd., Index Securities Ltd., Sukhtar Securities Pvt. Ltd., Megha Stock Markets Ltd., Hatemalo Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., Money World Share Exchange Pvt. Ltd., Machhapuchhre, Securities Ltd., K.V. L. Securities Ltd, Kalash Stock Market Pvt. Ltd, and Nabil Securities Ltd. Among these, Nabil Securities has given a securities business license.
