Kathmandu.Sanjeev Manandhar has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Prime Commercial Bank. Manandhar was appointed as the chief executive officer in the meeting of the board of directors held on Friday 8th of August of the bank. Manandhar, a chartered accountant, has been appointed as the chief executive officer in accordance with section 29 of the Bank and Financial Institutions Act, 2073, in the vacant position of chief executive officer of the bank. Manandhar has taken the oath of office and secrecy. According to section 127 of the Act, Manandhar took the oath of office and secrecy before the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Rajendradas Shrestha.
Giving a brief address at the swearing-in ceremony, he expressed the hope that the bank will gradually progress under the leadership of the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer Manandhar, who has been associated with the bank for a long time. Manandhar, who has been working as a general manager in this bank since its inception, was also the permanent chief executive officer of the bank.
CEO Manandhar has more than 23 years of experience in the banking sector. Chartered Accountant Manandhar, who started his banking journey from the then Nepal Investment Bank, has worked with the foreign management of National Commercial Bank.
