Global IME Bank free health camps held in Lumbini and Karnali provinces

Kathmandu. On the occasion of its 17th anniversary, Global IME Bank Limited has conducted free health camps in Lumbini Province and Karnali Province as part of the bank's corporate social responsibility. More than 200 women in Lumbini province and 150 women in Karnali province have had their health checked. Global IME Bank has completed its 17th year and entered its 18th year from Tuesday, the 17th of this year. As part of the campaign, the bank is conducting a one-day free women's health camp in all the seven provinces in collaboration with the Nepal Family Planning Association.

In the camp, gynecologists will provide various services related to gynecology - women's health examination, cervical cancer 9VIA0 test, uterine prolapse case treatment, medicine distribution etc. services will be available free of cost. From each camp, early symptoms of cervical cancer and severe cervical cancer patients will be identified, who will be treated surgically in the second phase of the healthy women initiative program.

Since its inception, Global IME Bank has been giving priority to corporate social responsibility by organizing such health camps at different times and directly benefiting rural women and common citizens.
