Kathmandu. Prabhu Life Insurance has given a rating to issue an IPO worth Rs 600 million. Rating agency ICRA Nepal has given 'IPRA IR BB Plus' rating to the IPO of the insurance company.

The company is going to issue 6 million IPOs at a face value of Rs 100, equivalent to Rs 600 million. The company's IPO issuance and sales manager is Siddhartha Capital.

The company has already applied to the board for IPO. The company has stated that the IPO open process will start after the application is approved by the Nepal Securities Board.
