Kathmandu. Himalayan Times Media Entertainment and Tech Limited is going to issue an IPO. The company called the general meeting on 25th of Push with the proposal of issuing IPO. The meeting has been called to be held at the registered office of the company at 4 pm. There is also a proposal to distribute bonus shares in the meeting.

In addition, the assembly will discuss and approve the profit and loss account for the financial year 2079-80.
