Kathmandu. Prabhu Life Insurance is going to issue initial public offering (IPO) to the public from Mansir 29( November 12).

Out of the total 6 million shares of the company with a face value of Rs 100, 5 percent or 300,000 shares have been secured for employees and another 5 percent for collective investment funds.

The general public will be able to fill 5.4 million lots. The company is going to issue 30 percent of the total issued capital. At present, the company's paid-up capital is Rs 1.40 billion. 2 billion after IPO The IPO issuance will be closed till April 2 at the earliest and April 3 at the latest. A minimum of 10 lots to 5000 lots can be applied.
