KATHMANDU. Nepal Wire House Company has announced the opening of an IPO for Nepali workers employed abroad from Kartik 10. The company plans to sell 10% of the total 1,375,000 shares, which is 137,500 shares. After selling the IPO to Nepali workers employed abroad, the company will only sell to the general public.
Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 50,000 shares at a face value of Rs. 100 per share. Applications can be submitted until Kartik 24. Himalayan Capital is the sales manager for the shares. The company has been given a financial responsibility rating of ‘IRN Double B Minus (IS)’ by Informix Credit Rating Limited.
