Kathmandu. The double-digit decline in the share market has not led to much decline in trading volume. The Nepse measuring index decreased by 10.13 points and stopped at 1326.53 points.
A total of 2,977,706 shares of 179 companies worth Rs 1.78 billion have been bought and sold. The sub-index of banking group declined by 10.79 points, development bank by 7.01 points, non-life insurance company by 30.13 points, microfinance by 10.13 points and life insurance group by 60.29 points.
Investors of Suryodaya Microfinance Financial Institution, Asha Microfinance Financial Institution, Himalayan General Insurance have earned while investors of Taragaon Regency Hotel, Kalika Power, National Hydro Power, Hydropower Investment and Development Company have lost.
