Kathmandu. An agreement has been signed with Nepal Stock Exchange Nepse for listing of bonds of Agriculture Development Bank.

 Krishi Bikas Bank Ltd.'s "ADBL Krishi Bank Debenture 2083" with an interest rate of 10.35 percent for the issuance of 2.5 million shares at the face value of Rs. And Nepal Stock Exchange Ltd. has concluded an agreement on listing of securities.

After the agreement, the ADBL Krishi Bank Debenture 2083 of Krishi Vikas Bank Ltd. will be traded in the secondary market. The listing agreement was signed by Anil Kumar Upadhyay, Chief Executive Officer of the Bank and Chandra Singh Saud, Chief Executive Officer of Nepse.
