Laxmi Bank has decided to close the book tomorrow for the purpose of general meeting and dividend distribution. Therefore, only the existing shareholders who have been traded on Nepse till today 16th December will be able to participate in the general meeting and receive dividends.

The 20th Annual General Meeting of the Bank will be held on Tuesday the 28th of Poush at the Bank's Head Office, Hattisar, Kathmandu from 11:30 am through virtual medium.

As per the decision of the Board of Directors meeting held on Monday, December 13, the meeting passed a resolution to distribute 9 percent bonus shares and 2.5 percent cash (for tax purposes) to the bank's shareholders from the profits of the fiscal year 2076/77. Will be done.

Similarly, Mega Bank Nepal Limited has decided to close the book on December 3 for the purpose of general meeting and dividend distribution. Therefore, only the existing shareholders who have traded in Nepse till December 31 will be able to participate in the general meeting and receive dividends.

The Annual General Meeting of the Bank will begin at 11:30 am on Wednesday the 29th at the Central Office of the Bank. As per the decision of the Board of Directors meeting held on Thursday, December 20, the proposal to distribute 10 percent bonus share and 3.05 percent cash (for tax purposes) to the bank's shareholders from the profits of the fiscal year 2076/77 will be passed.
