Kathmandu. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has declined by 3.54 points on Tuesday, the third day of the week. The NEPSE index dropped by 3.54 points to close at 2165.49 points. A total of Rs 4.56 billion was traded on Tuesday.
According to Nepse, out of the total 12 sub-groups traded, 9 groups have declined while the other 3 groups have increased.
Banking group declined by 0.56 per cent, while trading declined by 5.82 per cent, hotels by 1.09 per cent, finance by 0.22 per cent, manufacturing by 0.3 per cent, microfinance by 0.18 per cent, life insurance by 0.33 per cent and mutual funds by 0.28 per cent.
Similarly, Development Bank Group grew by 0.13 percent, Hydropower by 3.12 percent and Non-Life Insurance by 0.59 percent.
