Kathmandu Nabil Bank Limited has received the 'Excellence in Employee Experience' award. The award was given to the bank by Growth Seller, a human resources consulting company.

Nabil Bank received the award, which was included for the first time under the company's HR meet. The company has stated that the award was given because the bank has made extensive use of the human resources within the bank to its satisfaction. The company has given the award to the bank on the basis of the excellence of the employees' experience towards the bank, said Growth Seller.

The company has nominated Prof. Dr. for the award selection. The jury was formed under the coordination of Subash KC. The same selection committee has decided to give the 'Excellence in Employee Experience' award to Nabil Bank.

It has been decided to give the award based on the performance of the employees in the bank as well as their trust and experience towards the bank as well as the extensive use of human resources by the bank.

Nabil Bank had given a salary bonus equal to 7 months even in the midst of Corona disaster.

Nabil Bank has also produced star bankers. The bank has more than 1,128 permanent employees.

Nabil Bank had earlier been awarded the Best Bank of Nepal for the second time in a row by the prestigious UK magazine Euromoney.

The bank is currently providing services through 119 branches and 185 ATMs.
