Now 6 companies are issuing right shares

Kathmandu, Four companies are going to make rightful disposal in the stock market. Corporate Development Bank, Chyangdi Hydropower, Hydroelectricity Investment and Development Company, IME General Insurance, Shikhar Insurance and Radhi Power Company are about to make rightful disposal in the stock market.

Currently, the Hydroelectricity Investment and Development Company has got permission for the rightful eviction, while the Corporate Development Bank, Chyangdi Hydropower is waiting for permission. Similarly, Radhi Vidyut, Shikhar Insurance and IME General Insurance will soon go to the Securities and Exchange Board seeking permission.

Api Power Company Limited Api Power Company Limited has opened the issue and sale of rightful shares from June 6 (Thursday). The company has issued 5.67 million shares at the face value of Rs 100 per share in the ratio of 1: 2938. Applications for the rights can be submitted till July 25.

Hydroelectricity Investment and Development Company Limited (HIDCL) has received permission from the Securities and Exchange Board of Nepal (SEB) to issue 110 million shares at a face value of Rs 100 in the ratio of 1: 1.

The company has decided to close the book for one day on June 11 for the purpose of issuing right shares. Therefore, only the existing shareholders who have traded in Nepse till June 10 will be able to apply for the right shares.

Corporate Development Bank Limited had applied to the board on December 10 for the rightful eviction in the ratio of 1: 1.5, i.e. 150 percent. The bank is about to issue 3 million shares worth Rs 300 million.

Chyangdi Hydropower Company Limited has applied to the Board on April 30 seeking permission to issue right shares in the ratio of 10 to 3. The company has sought permission to issue 893,025 shares at a face value of Rs 89.32 million per share.
