Kathmandu. Swarojgar Microfinance Financial Institution Limited (SLBBL) has announced to distribute 25% bonus share dividend to the shareholders from the profits of the Fiscal Year 2077/78. The 223rd meeting of the board of directors has decided on the dividend.

Microfinance will distribute a dividend of 25% of the paid up capital of Rs. 411.279 million or Rs. 102.819 million.

The dividend proposal decided by the Board of Directors will be included in the discussion of the general meeting after the approval of the regulatory body Nepal Rastra Bank.
