Kathmandu. The hydropower companies listed in Nepse have already declared dividends from the profits of the fiscal year 2077/78.

Among those who have declared dividends are Ruru Hydropower, Ngadi Group Power, Synergy Power, Api Power, Arun Kabeli and Sanima My Hydropower.

 Of the hydropower dividends, Ngadi Group Power has declared the highest dividend of 21.05 percent. Ngadi will pay a 20 percent bonus share and a 1.05 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

Similarly, Arun Kabeli will distribute 17.89 percent dividend. Arun will give 17 percent bonus and 0.79 percent cash for tax purposes.

Similarly, Api Power will pay a dividend of 11.5 per cent for 10.55 bonus shares and 0.55 per cent for tax purposes.

Similarly, Synergy Power, Ruru Hydropower and Sanima My Hydropower have declared the same 10.53 percent dividend. All three companies will offer 10 percent bonus shares and 0.53 percent cash for tax purposes.

Four of the companies that have declared dividends have already book-closed for dividend distribution. Synergy Power, Ngadi, Api and Arun Kaveli have already closed the book.

Ruru has fixed the book-closing on October 22 and Arun has fixed the book-closing on October 30.
