Jalpa Community Microfinance to issue IPO

Kathmandu. Jalpa Community Microfinance Financial Institution Limited is going to issue IPO from 2022 Feburary 7. The company has raised Rs. About 522,000 IPOs worth Rs 52.2 million are about to be issued.

The company has secured 0.5 percent of the total IPOs for 8,000 employees and 5 percent or 26,100 collective investment funds. Apart from these, the remaining 4 lakh 87 thousand 900 lots of IPO will be issued to the public.

In this IPO, application can be submitted as early as January 10 and as late as March 20. Applicants will be able to apply for a minimum of 10 lots to 5 thousand 220 lots. Prabhu Capital Limited is the IPO issuer and sales manager. Along with the sales manager, all the banks and financial institutions participating in the C-ASBA service can also apply through the MyShare website and app.

The IPO of this IPO of the company has been given an ICRA NP IR Double B rating indicating moderate risk in terms of timely fulfillment of financial obligations by Nepal. Currently, the paid up capital of microfinance is Rs. 107.8 million. Paid up capital after IPO allotment is Rs. 160 million.
