Kathmandu. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on 26th January, decided to give 9.5238 percent bonus share of the paid up capital to the shareholders of the company from the profits of the last fiscal year 2077/78. 0.4761 percent for tax purposes A total of 10 percent dividend has been announced.

The proposed dividend will be distributed after it is approved by the Insurance Committee and passed by the next general meeting of the company.
