IPO Allotment of Jalpa Community Microfinance, 48 thousand 790 people got 10 unit shares

Kathmandu. The IPO of Jalpa Community Microfinance Institution has been allotted. Forty-eight thousand 790 lucky people have received shares at the rate of 10 lots in the distribution program held at 5 pm on Sunday. According to sales manager Prabhu Capital, 27 lakh 9 thousand 855 people had applied for 331 lakh 47 thousand 150 lots for the IPO purchase of the company. According to the sales manager, the applications of 118,153 out of the total applicants have been rejected.

The sales manager has informed that the applications of 25 lakh 87 thousand 412 eligible applicants have been distributed in the distribution. The company had sold IPO to the public from January 21 to January 25. The company has distributed 4,87,900 shares sold through public issue. Rs. Out of 522,000 IPOs equal to 52.2 million, the company has reserved 0.5 percent or 8,000 shares for the employees and has distributed 5 percent or 26,100 shares to the collective investment fund.

Currently, the company's paid-up capital is Rs. 107.8 million. After the IPO allotment, this capital will be Rs. 160 million. The actual net worth per share of the company up to FY 076/77 is Rs. 164.60. The company will receive up to three times the price range for the first transaction based on the actual net worth per share.
