Kathmandu. The IPO of Adarsh Microfinance Financial Institution Limited has been allotted. The IPO was held at the office of sales manager BOK Capital at 9 in the morning. 6 thousand 261 applicants have received shares at the rate of 10 lots in the distribution through round robin. Out of them, 5 lucky investors have received one more lot, i.e. a total of 11 lots of shares. The applications of 1,672,794 applicants were approved and the applications of 1,858 applicants were rejected.
A total of 1,796,684 people had applied for the company's IPO. According to Capital, 214,610 shares worth Rs 2.14 billion have been demanded from these applicants. The company has issued 67,000 IPOs worth Rs 6.7 million. Out of the total 67,000 shares issued to the public, 0.5 percent or 1,035 shares were allotted to employees and 5 percent or 3,350 shares to collective investment funds. Apart from these, only the remaining 62,615 shares were issued to the public. At present, the company's paid-up capital is Rs. 14 million. 27 million.
