Kathmandu. Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the share price of Barun Hydropower Company Limited. NEPSE fixed the last share price of the company on Sunday at Rs. 443 on the basis of 100% right share price after Rs. 271 dyashmalav 50 is assigned. As the company has closed the book on 2nd July for the purpose of right share, NEPSE has fixed the price after the book close.
The date of the book close has been decided, but the date of issue of right shares is yet to be decided. On the basis of book close, only the permanent shareholders till 1st of July will be able to fill up the right shares of Barun Hydropower.
The company currently has a paid-up capital of Rs. 26 crores 79 lakhs worth Rs. 26 lakh 79 thousand 75 right shares of 100 nominal rate are going to be issued. The company has received approval from the regulatory body Nepal Securities Board for the issuance of the right shares. RVV Merchant Banking Limited is the sales manager. After issuing 100% equity shares and allotment, the paid up capital of the company is Rs. 53 million will reach 58 million.
