Kathmandu. Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) is going to distribute cash dividend including 4.2105 percent tax this year from the profit of last financial year 078/79. The meeting of the board of directors of the company on 6th of October fixed the paid-up capital of Rs. It has been decided to distribute the dividend on the basis of 21 billion 600 million rupees.

This dividend proposed by the board of directors will be distributed after the approval of the Nepal Rastra Bank and the Ministry of Finance and the approval of the next annual general meeting of the company. After issuing the IPO to the general public, the company started distributing dividends from last year. Last year, the company distributed 8 percent bonus shares and 0.42 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. This year, the company's dividend has decreased.
