Kathmandu. Himalayan Everest Insurance Limited has received two international awards. Insurance Asia Singapore has honored Himalayan Everest Insurance with two prestigious awards. Insurance Inclusion Initiative of the Year Nepal New Insurance Product of the Year Nepal awarded the company with two honors in a grand ceremony held in Singapore on July 29, 2023.

Mahendra Krishna Shrestha, Chairman of the company and Vijay Bahadur Shah, Chief Executive Officer jointly received the award at the ceremony. Asia's renowned insurance reviewers PWC Hong Kong. Ernst and Young LLP (EYA KPMG Singapore and Deloittee chose Himalayan Everest Insurance for the award. The effort of Himalayan Everest Insurance to make the insurance business timely, technology-friendly, modern and professional has been recognized and honored.

For receiving the award, the company celebrated by organizing a ceremony at Hotel Himalaya, Lalitpur on Sunday in the presence of Executive Chairman of Nepal Insurance Authority Surya Prasad Shilwal. On this occasion, Insurance Authority Chairman Surya Prasad Shilwal and Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors Mahendra Krishna Shrestha jointly announced the awards.
