Kathmandu. Nepal Ware Housing Company has issued an IPO. The company has opened the IPO sale for Nepalis who are employed abroad. The company is going to sell 137 thousand 500 shares of 10 percent of the total 13 lakh 75 thousand shares allocated to the general public.

Likewise, 27 thousand 500 shares have been allotted to employees and 68 thousand 750 shares to mutual funds. The remaining 11 lakh 41 thousand 250 shares will be issued to the general public.

Investors can apply for IPO till 24th of November. In which application can be made from a minimum of 10 shares to a maximum of 50,000 shares. Himalayan Capital is the sales manager of the company. Investors can apply online through Meroshare.
