Kathmandu. Ngadi Group Power Limited has made public its dividend proposal. A meeting of the company's steering committee on July 16 decided to distribute 20 percent bonus shares from the accumulated profits of the last fiscal year 2077/78 and 1.5 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

The company has also decided to distribute 200 percent of the shares on the basis of paid-up capital after the bonus. The proposed dividend will be distributed after the approval of the next general meeting of the company.

The rights shares decided to be sold by the company will be issued to the public only after the approval of the regulatory body after the approval of the next annual general meeting.
