Kathmandu. Top 91 hydro companies listed in NEPSE, only 9 have declared dividend of iscal year 2080/081. Out of which one company has proposed to give only cash dividend, 2 companies have only offered bonus shares and 6 companies have offered both cash and bonus shares.
Among those that have declared dividends so far are Courage Energy, CEDB Hydropower, Bhagwati Hydropower, Mandu Hydropower, Supermai Hydropower, Api Power Company, Mandakini Hydropower, Supermai Hydropower and Ruru Hydropower Project.
SAHAS URJA LIMITED
Courage Urja has decided to distribute 8 percent bonus shares and 0.421 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes) for a total of 8.821 percent dividend for the year 2080/81.
CEDB Hydropower Development Company Limited
The company has decided to issue 11 percent bonus shares (excluding tax) of the paid up capital for the years 2079/80 and 2080/81. The dividend of the company has been passed by the general meeting held on October 21.
