He said that the market should be opened by adopting high security vigilance. The stock market, which was closed before the lock-down, was closed for a few days in the midst of the lock-down but closed after strong protests from investors.

Now, investors have been saying that the market needs to be opened, saying that capital has been held for a long time.

He said that investors should invest in the stock market by studying the risks. Finance Minister Khatiwada said that there are those who do not understand the risk in the market but also want to invest, adding that mutual funds would be best for them.
