Kathmandu. NIC Asia Microfinance Institution has opened 9 IPOs of ordinary shares from today.

47.55 million ordinary shares worth Rs. 475.5 million have been opened. Ordinary share sale has been opened at the rate of Rs 100 per share.

A minimum of 10 to a maximum of 200,000 lots can be applied for the IPO of the company. Applications can be submitted from 10 to 14 July. If no application is received as per the demand during this period, the sale will be open till July 8.

Investors can apply from all C-ASWA member banks and financial institutions approved by the Securities and Exchange Board, while My Share users can apply through My Share.

Its sales manager is Sanima Capital. Care Rating Nepal has given a grade 4 plus rating to the ordinary shares of NIC Asia Microfinance Institution.
