Rana Sets a New Nepali banker record in Nepal

Kathmandu. Ashok SJB Rana has been re-appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Himalayan Bank. The Board of Directors meeting held on 22 Ashad, 2077 BS has decided to continue Rana as the Chief Executive Officer.

Rana also holds the record for the longest tenure of a Nepali banker as the chief executive officer of a commercial bank. There are no Nepali bankers in Nepali Banijya Bank who have been the Chief Executive Officer for a long time.
