Kathmandu. Entrepreneurs and banker's have said that the monetary policy has been good in the fiscal year 2077/78. President of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry Bhavani Rana and former president of the Nepal Backers Association and some backers said that the overall monetary policy was good.
Gyanendra Dhungana, former president of the Nepal Bakers Association and chief executive officer of Nepal Bangladesh Bank, said that the overall monetary policy has been good as it has included issues ranging from rescheduling of loans to Kovid-affected entrepreneurs to concessional loans, curb on distribution of cash dividends, increasing CCD ratio limit and concessions to mergers. Dhungana said that the system for issuing brands in agriculture and energy sector is very good.
Chief Executive Officer of Machhapuchhre Bank Santosh Koirala also said that the overall monetary policy has been good. Talking to EconomicNews about the merger, he said, "NRB has adopted a strategy of merging cross-holding banks and financial institutions with a circular mercury."
Bhavani Rana, president of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), said that the entrepreneurs like the backers have also covered the issues ranging from loan restructuring to rescheduling.
