Kathmandu: Two million bonds of Nabil Bank have been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). The bank's face value of Rs 1,000 has been fixed at Rs 1,000. The 10 percent Nabil Debenture 2082 (bond) was listed on Nepse on Tuesday.

The company had called for open sale of 2 million units of 10 percent Nabil Debenture 2082 through Laxmi Capital Market Limited. Thus, 2 million bonds distributed to the public have been distributed and listed on this stock exchange.

An agreement in this regard has been signed between Nepal Stock Exchange and Nabil Bank on July 20. The agreement has been signed by Chief Executive Officer Chandra Singh Saud on behalf of the stock exchange and Chief Executive Officer Anil Keshari Shah on behalf of the bank.
